Behind Every Great Program, a Great Team Stands
Liz Jaax
Trainer and Coach- A quick note
I'm Liz Jaax and I am so excited to grow my hunter/jumper program in Wichita, KS! Over the summer of 2014, I spent time interning at Ashwood Farm where I learned more about training riders and horses, the do's and don'ts of running a top A circuit competition barn, and a lot of about the managment side of a barn. Upon returning, I launched Jaax Equestrain in September of 2014 and could not have asked for a better group of riders and horses to begin this journey with. I could not have done this without of the support of my friends and family and the wealth of knowledge I have acquired over the years from people I have worked for and other professionals in the industry. My goal is branch out from the programs I have worked within before and run a program that is directly aimed toward competition and training of hunter/jumper horses and riders. I look forward to what is to come and I know that success is on the horizon. Be sure to like our Facebook and YouTube pages and follow our blog located on this site.
Thank you to all who have offered their support and lent me knowledge. I am forever grateful to you as you have given me the tools necessary to bring my dream to a reality.
Meadowlark IEA Equestrian Team
As of October 2017, we joined together with a satellite Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) Team with Brittney Harpool, Kathy Childs, and Ashley Duda. Our team competes in Zone 7 with the members competing in equitation on completely new horses over a course of suitable heights. Not only is it a great way for the students to get to know other riders and trainers but it is also a great preparation for the college level IHSA or NCAA Equestrian Teams.
